I founded RPM Associates in 1993. Prior to that, I was a Senior Management Consultant at KPMG Management Consulting. After a First Class Honours Degree from Reading University, I developed my project management experience working in IT in the insurance market. Whilst I remain very familiar with technology related projects including e-business and internet, I very much broadened my business project management experience by first escaping the IT role, and then escaping from Financial Services!

My training, coaching and consultancy experience has covered many different market sectors - Publishing, Water Utilities, Financial Services, Insurance, Membership Organisations, Education, Wine & Spirits Manufacturing, Telecoms, Corporate Finance, Food Manufacturing, Charities etc. It has become very clear to me that the same principles and approach to project management apply whatever the market sector.

I am based minutes from the M4/M5 interchange and Bristol Parkway station which makes most parts of the UK accessible. Bristol, Birmingham and Heathrow airports are within easy reach. Over recent years, my work has taken my around the UK, but also to Ireland, Switzerland, the USA and Canada.

Outside work, I live with my wife and three children in South Gloucestershire, in between Bristol and Gloucester, near the banks of the River Severn. I try hard to balance the rigours and demands of my work with an input to local village life, particularly enjoying my contribution to our local cricket club (more off than on the field!) and also the (very!) odd game of golf.

I very much enjoy working with a variety of organisations and people within them which enhances my experience and constantly introduces new challenges and opportunities. I hope that this experience will soon be enriched by working with you.
